The 'Box of the Month' is updated with a new Korean-style theme every month so that you can taste and discover lots of different Korean snacks and candies. If you order more than one box we will send you a new box every month. The boxes will arrive around the same day as your first box each following month.

- What is auto-renewal? You can choose to turn on auto-renewal if you want to continue getting a new box each month until you cancel.
- Why turn on auto-renewal? When you turn on auto-renewal you will automatically get a discounted price for every box.
- How to cancel? You can cancel via your subscription account or by contacting us. When you cancel, your prepaid boxes will be shipped on schedule and you will then stop receiving new boxes.

Can I buy this as a gift?
Yes, the Korean Snack Boxes are packaged inside a beautiful gift box and they are popular and appreciated gifts for anyone who is interested in Kpop, Kdrama or Korean culture. If you want the box to be shipped directly to the recipient simply add their delivery address during checkout. If you want it to be a surprise then we recommend to add your own email and phone number so you get the order and shipping notifications.
When is the box shipped?
We normally ship orders within 1-2 working days and sometimes already the same day.
How long is the shipping time?
Shipping time is normally 5-10 working days. But please note that the packages are shipped from South Korea and in some cases there might be delays in the customs clearance or in the final delivery to your door. Shipping delay outside our control are not eligible reasons for refunds.
When will I get my second box?
Your second box will arrive about 1 month after your first box. And then you will continue to receive a new Box of the Month around the same time each month until you cancel your subscription and your prepaid boxes are shipped.
How can I cancel a subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you order a subscription you will receive a link to your subscription dashboard where you can cancel your subscription. You can also contact us and we will help you cancel. When you cancel you will not be charged again but any prepaid boxes will still be shipped.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost, if any, will be calculated during checkout. Add your products the the cart and enter your delivery address during checkout to see the exact shipping cost.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with exception of a few countries that are not covered by Korea Post.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped so that you can track your package until it arrives.
Do I have to pay customs or other taxes?
For most countries our boxes are below the limit for customs fees and import taxes but please refer to your national customs agency and check the limits in your country. If your customs apply fees or taxes they are paid by the customer.
